What to expect
The posts here will fall into three buckets:

AI & Automation — Practical automation builds using tools like n8n and Claude. No hype, no theory — just working systems you can steal for your own business.
Business — The fractional consulting model, how to think about hiring vs. outsourcing, and the operational patterns I see across the businesses I work with.
Why a blog
Most of my best thinking happens when I’m explaining something to a client. A blog is just that, at scale. If something I’ve figured out can save you a week of trial and error, it’s worth writing down.
